Daniel Cohen is the owner/founder and principal agent of CPS Real Estate. He has over 16 years experience in the industry.
Academically his, B.comm (Law), Degree from the Economic Management Sciences department at the University of the Western Cape has allowed him to gain an understanding and appreciation for the important business element of real estate and investment all parties put into a home. This Degree in conjunction with his LL.B degree, from the University of the Western Cape, is a perfect combination for the business and legal acumen required in real estate. His Golden Key award illustrates the passion, drive and determination he puts into his work. Daniel is fully licensed to be the principle of CPS Real Estate with both a National Certificate in Real Estate and a FETC Real Estate. He is fully licensed with the Fidelity Fund.
